Investment – Pay What You Can!

Wait…what?

The background behind this offer: So here’s the deal. In June of 2019, I had a life altering event that made me realize just how important memories, family, friends…heck, how important everything is. You see, I suffered a severe heart attack that required me to have three stents placed in the right side of my heart and then in the following month, a double bypass on the left side! Yup, at the tender age 47, I had a heart attack! As I was sitting in the hospital, it hit me…I don’t really have that many quality images of myself with my wife or family! How is that even possible? How sad that I, as a photographer, have no real family photos? The more I thought about it, the more I realized that I am sure there are a ton of people out there who don’t have any either for the simple fact of not being able to afford $300 plus on something that seems so trival as photos instead of oh, you know, food, clothes, the list is endless. It’s just wrong to me and what could I do?? Pretty simple answer. I’ll change my pricing structure so everyone can afford a few professionally taken photos by offering a “pay what you can” deal for any five images of our choice from our session. That’s right! You can pick any 5 images from the gallery provided and pay what you can. No questions, no shame, no dirty looks, no scowls from me, and no judgements at all!!

What’s the catch? I need you to smile two times more today, just because! Okay, that has nothing to do with this deal and there are really two minor catches. The first is that the offer applies to 5 images of your choice and the second is this is for personal use only.

Can anyone cash in on this? Well, almost anyone. This offer is for personal use only. If you would like commercial work (think, headshots for entertainers/realtors/etc.) please feel free to contact me!

Will this be a quick 5 minute session? No way! The duration will be between 30 minutes and one hour.

So, what kind of session? Can I have images of my family, or how about my kidlet who’s a senior in highschool, can I have their senior photo session done? Absolutely to all of the above. Now of course, if your family happens to be 4 generations with 30 people in the photo, I’ll have to adjust pricing!

What if I want prints? The 5 images you pick will be print ready quality (I recommend using Costco) and you will also receive web ready images (designed specifically for social media posting). Additionally, prints (canvas, mugs, etc.) will all be available for purchase through the online gallery that will house all the photos from your session.

Okay, so what’s the cost if I want all the images? Great question! Here’s the breakdown:

  • Pay what you can: first 5 images
  • $150.00 and up: you will get 10 images
  • $225.00 and up: you will get 15 images
  • $300.00 and up: will get you all the images

Sadly, all of these do not include tax (which will be added to your invoice).
